They do not care about people, the Doctors are too busy to find out exactly what you need and I was prescribed the wrong medication and had a bad reaction to it.when I called it took them 3 days to return my call, nobody was ever available everytime I called, the receptionist was very rude and condescending and cut me off several times while I was talking.. I don't like to be treated that way, it made me feel humiliated, and not important. I will not go back hopefully my skin will heal on its own, it's painful it burns it's red, peeling and I deal with the public at work, I cannot wear makeup to cover it up it hurts it. I'm in much worse condition than I was when I went in. I expected a professional environment... Not the case

I was very nervous going in and the staff/dr. was no help. I wouldn't say they were rude, but they definitely were not nice. The doctor seemed to have no time for me as she came in and just left after looking at me once. I left feeling even worse about myself... I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I cannot recommend anyone do business with these people. I personally conduct myself in a professional manner and expect others to do the same. I went to my appointment early and waited and waited for my appointment and eventually was seen by the doctor. But that's par for the course, doctor appointment = sit and wait. Where I have a problem is after the appointment I went to the desk to pay and they gave me a total (that's right a TOTAL = complete, absolute), which I paid in full. Only to find out several weeks later that they were about to send a balance of $10.52 to collections. I was caught by surprise because I have no credit cards or debt and everything I do is paid up front and on time. So I contacted the billing department to get, what appeared to be a mistake, resolved. I was not able to get a hold of anyone that could assist me for several days. Finally I was called back only to find out that it was ME who was mistaken. After a very unfriendly, uncooperative discussion with the smug billing department I paid the $10.52 to avoid collections. TL;DR Was given a total one day and then billed extra weeks later. If you don't like businesses that operate this way, don't go here.

I spend longer in the waiting room. He only took my 200$ for 5 min of his time didn't explain what options I had to treat my problems I was looking into getting an iclear treatment done and he just took me to the lady in front just so she can tell me to look for info in there site... Like I didn't do that already that's why I was there horrible experience made feel like I wasn't a good enough patient to even waist his time on me not to mention they made sure to charge me before everything like I was going to run of with my 2 little girls yea thank you hope one day you treat everyone equally and at least act like you care! Note this is the first time I actually place a negative review on anything. I usually keep it to myself when I have a bad experience

I've hesitated to change practices since I've been here for several years, and changing is simply a hassle. However, I'm now 30 minutes into my wait after getting here early, and I think it's time to make the change. This has been my experience every. single. time. The practice is NEVER on time, and I've even had to wait up to an hour to see the doctor. This is ridiculous, since dermatology isn't exactly a field where there's lots of walk-ins or emergencies throwing the schedule off. Additionally, as many other reviewers have commented, I almost always feel the doctor is rushed and I've had to just about grab her sleeve as she walks out the door to make sure my questions are answered.
