It was the nicest garage, I have ever been to. So kind. I am handicap & this is definitely the garage to go to, if you have any disabilities. I had an emergency situation with my vehicle, when I went there & not much $. They got me all fixed up and running again. Just put me at ease. I don't want to go anywhere else. They are honest & not out to get me & my wallet. Thank you.

This team is very thorough and take great pride in servicing my car.  I have a 2005 Toyota Camry, and it drives like a dream due to the care and attention Wilhelm Automotive provides.  I would recommend their service to anyone. Kudos for Wilhelm Automotive!!

Took my Chevy Astro van to Wilhelm because it was leaking fluid. They kept me updated on the repair cost.
The van is working perfectly and I would definitely go back to Wilhelm for any other repairs or oil change.
Employees are nice and friendly and provide great service.

I normally take my vehicle to the Infiniti dealership in Scottsdale for maintenance. My last trip to the dealership I was told I had a couple of areas that needed attention. Instead of driving all the way out to Scottsdale I decided to try a local auto shop. My husband suggested Wilhelm based on how long they had been in business. Making an appointment over the phone was easy and I was able to get in quickly. After they did the diagnostics they confirmed that the areas the dealership identified needed attention. However they identified more extensive work which would cost almost triple the estimated repair amount at the dealership. After talking to Jim at Wilhelm, we agreed to just address the more serious brake pads and rotors and hold off on the struts. My car no longer makes that annoying screeching sound. Jim was very patient in explaining to me the reasons why more extensive work was needed. It all made sense. This was my first visit. I do intend to continue to use them but do recommend doing your homework.

A definite FIVE STARS!!!  I highly recommend Wilhelm.  They not only do a great job with my car but they have made getting my car repairs easy.  They provide a shuttle service so I do not miss work time.  They have been great answering my questions and explaining what needs to be done.  Very Happy with the service and recommend them to everyone.
