The only reason they got 1 star is because it’s the only way to write a review. My experience was horrible... we came in the store 1 hour before closing... the security guard question our entrance and laughed at us cause we didn’t know that they were still open. We did our shopping looking at all their specials, we weren’t picking up much but we wanted the sales product. It says “mix and match must buy 4”.... we pick up 4 it’s said “2/$1.00 must buy 4 mix and match” so I pick 2 of each.  Every item I picked said must buy multiples and so I just decided to check out. The cashier was so quiet like if she was force to be there... and she didn’t tell me that the 4 items weren’t the ones I should pick cause they weren’t the same so I said did the items came out on sale and she says I don’t know. At this point I was a little upset so I made her take them out then she rings the rest of my stuff and the 2/$1.00 didn’t add up so I ask and she says I don’t know...  I paid and decided to check my receipt... sure enough my multiple items didn’t come on sale and I go back to complained.. she said I’ll help you in a min... she closes her register and goes home and tells me someone will help you... at this point I was ready to leave everything and get a refund. The lady that help me last had the face of someone who had had a long hard day because she was not happy to help me. She took forever to refund me the money and she wasn’t  happy. I started walking away and turned back and they were talking about me and laughing. I am so done shopping here. I felt so out of place despite the fact that i was a loyal customer of this store. So disappointing how the customer service has gotten. I am never going back.

I like this place. They have a good butcher shop and a lot of fresh baked bread and cakes and other yummy stuff. A good selection of fruits and vegetables also. The only thing I don't care for is that you have to bag your own groceries. That's why I gave it 4 stars and why I usually take my housekeeper with me when I go. Good parking too.

The bread quality has gone downhill a lot. I bought some bread pudding from the bakery today and it tasted so awful. Whoever baked the bread had no idea what they were doing. It tasted awful and bland with no sugar and the ingredients were horrible. Don't buy from the bakery.

This store has become a gr8 big 7-11 Hispanic grocery store. By that, I mean it has the HIGHER 7-11 PRICES, but in a LRGer grocery store that caters to the Hispanic area residents. In their favor, they have in house bakery, fresh produce, seafood, meat & poultry w/ Latino flavour. Money Xnsfer Svcs., Money Orders, Utilities Payments Processing & Remittances done here. Loads/free parking & next 2 Starbucks!
