This place is absolutely the worst ARCO I have ever been to. The cashier working at the time saw me walk up to the store and even enter the store holding a 1 gallon had tank  and I very clearly told him 1 gallon of gas and one $3 scratch ticket I felt the need to make it quick because there was a line behind me (as always in this place) and I forgot my change which was around $5 and I saw somebody I knew that could give me a ride and there was some change left from the gallon. The cashier let the guy pump almost $7 worth of gas and I clearly only asked for one(1) gallon of gas. In the end I got hustled for my $5  by this ARCO station. Great bunch of guys these ones here. I would also give this place a negative ten (-10) if was an option. My suggestion is to never stop here even for emergencies. Simply horrible

Seriously. Don't bother. I would rather run out of gas and hitchhike next to a prison than stop at this place and I live 2 blocks away. The service is TERRIBLE. Actually terrible. The employees are just way too rude. I get it, you work at a gas station and it's not awesome so you are entitled to be a bit rude but I'm mean they are VERY rude. I feel like an unwanted, stupid jack*ss every time I walk into this place. (When I say 'employees' I don't mean everyone. There is a new younger fellow who started pretty recently who was quite lovely but the older guy and several others were total jag-weeds) Also, this "24 hour" establishment closes at about 230-430 every morning so if you work late and are in need of a bottle of water you might as well go fill up your nalgene down at the LA river. I don't normally write things like this but I deemed it necessary because I want to save all of you reading this from the horrors of walking in the doors. Drive a quarter mile down laurel canyon and deal with some people who care if you are alive or not. Thanks for nothing ARCO; I finally have a new definition for scumbag.

One of the best priced gas stations in Noho. I've never really dealt with the store clerks as nothing appeals to me to buy from a gas station so I stick to using the machines outside using my ATM card. They have recently upgraded their machines and there are always pumps available. I get gas for a good price and I'm on my way without trouble! 👍

So I have been coming to this gas station pretty regularly for the past 2 years as I live down the street. WHY?? Cheap gas and convenient. Why am I over it and never coming back? The AWFUL BEYOND TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES. Every time I have gone inside I have been treated like absolute garbage. I never get a greeting returned, I never get looked in the eye, I've had money SNATCHED out of my hand many many times, I've been scoffed at for asking totally normal questions. This guy has worked here for a while so when I go "oops I forgot my pump number, it's that one there." I KNOW HE KNOWS THE NUMBER but he goes very rudely "I don't memorize the numbers go look for yourself!" Once my boyfriend was admitted to the ER and I went to go visit him. My phone died and I couldn't call a car. I waited at the bus stop in front of the gas station and when it hadn't come for 20 minutes I walked in to the gas station asking if I could use a phone. He said they didn't have a phone. I explained I was trying to get to the ER to visit my boyfriend and he said without ANY FEELING "no phone here". NOT that I should expect anything except gas from the people who work there but they are HEARTLESS. This gas station is also supposed to be 24 hours. Many times I have stopped by hoping for a snack or a bottle of water after I get off work late around 2:30 and the front doors are chained. I knock and knock and bang on the doors but no one comes. Very few times have they actually come out and literally say NOTHING to me. I honestly hope this guys get hit by a f**king asteroid. I'm done getting my gas here I would rather get on the freeway with an empty tank, peeter out on the freeway, get picked up a wild eyed drifter in a stolen car, drive for days and days until I lose track of time, wake up in an old oil drum wearing an old wedding dress, become his bride, spend my life training crows to do our bidding, and die happy in an unknown location with my oily crow prince, than EVER get gas from those f*cksticks AGAIN.
