Quality ingredients. Fish was fresh and my wife’s scallops were excellent. The show was minimal which was appropriate for lunch

We go a lot! I'm not a "let me speak to the manager person" If a restaurant is bad I just never go again. One time they ran out of a desert so they brought us a better one and didn't charge us for it. Other than that one incident every other time was perfect. If you have kids the hibachi is fun for them. The waiters are awesome and never keep you waiting. The sushi there is great. People on here complaining about the cost should go to the McDonald's in the same plaza instead. If you bring a date you will spend $70 -$110 with drinks.

Hadn't been here in a while and decided to get hibachi at a regular table, which they do here. I thought great, because my family was in the mood for it, but wanted to be able to talk and catch up as I just got back from a business trip. We were a table of 3 and all ordered hibachi meals with fried rice "upgrade" for an extra $2.95 and a side of noodles. Waitress got a larger party at about the same time. Soup took forever, one was missing the little fried onion stuff, one was full of it, so I figured made a mistake when preparing the bowls. Waited. Salads didn't come; but the entrees did. Let it go. I ordered tuna, rare, I was specific on that and even asked can they do hibachi style rare and the waitress said yes. The others in my party ordered veggies and scallops. Well, my tuna was fully cooked through and my plate was cold. The scallops were raw, but that plate was hot. The veggies apparently were just right. It was all in a watery sauce, what they call fried rice was yellow with egg and seemingly nothing else with an odd taste and texture, the handful of noodles half falling off the plate was so unappetizing and looked like someone else's leftovers. We started eating, just wanted to enjoy the random splurge and time together. The waitress brought the salads at that point, mumbling something about sorry, and something about the kitchen, I said no worries, but told her how over cooked my tuna was, she didn't offer to do anything about it, I said whatever I'll eat it. Then we found the fly. In the rice. So I stand corrected that it only had egg... That was it. I went up and asked for the manager or owner. Told "Karen" about the fly, the overcooked and cold food, salads served after entree, etc. SAYS "I'LL TAKE 10% OFF". I'm like excuse me? We didn't eat and there's a fly! She says something about next time and I cut her off... because there will be no next time, obviously. So for $75 we left hungry, stopped at Publix, and called it a night.
