Words can't describe how horrible this place has become. Today I walked in, ordered a beer and sat outside with my two little boys while they played connect 4. I ordered a Dogfish Head and sat down. I got just about halfway through the beer and noticed a blonde hair on the inside of the glass. The hair was long and definitely not mine.  I walked in looking for the bartender. He was nowhere to be found. So I looked in the kitchen area and he was there talking to the cook. Not working, just talking. There were 3 other people at the bar. 

I told him there is a hair in my beer and asked if he could refund it or credit me for a new one. He began to pour a new one and I said I can't have another one, I have my kids with me and I have to go. He said, but you drank over half the beer. I said, I didn't know there would be a hair halfway down the glass. He gives me a look of disgust, returns my money and tells me to never come back here again. 

You should really consider selling this place to someone who gives a damn about the community, customer service and good beer. I've watched The Brass Tap steadily decline over the years. From service to selection and now hygiene it's time to make wholesale changes.

Wonderful, courteous staff. Had to grab food on the fly before a movie, and these folks were wonderful. Excellent staff. Kudos. Bartender was on point very fast and again courteous. Sheer excellence. 👍👍👍

Not a huge beer drinker but they have some nice brews on tap. I like the local selection and Johnny knows what's good and recommends some tasty brews. Cigar city is my go to right now so check it out. Trivia night on Thursday I believe but I stop by after work after a long day to unwind and it's a chill spot for some nice priced beer.

Spur of moment kind of day, went with my lovely girlfriend. We had a great time trying different beers. James definitely knows about beer and provides great service. We will be back!
