Mark is an amazing realtor. He helped me buy my first house. Even after 30+ plus years in the business, he still focuses on the low-end, first-time buyers such as me. 

And he puts in the effort. He spent entire afternoons with me, driving around the Northeast, looking at houses. It was really impressive to see how much work he put in to earning what was a only a modest commission. 

You've got to visit Mark in his office. It is the homeliest, humblest office you can imagine -- nothing flashy at all. But it is evidence of Mark's enormous achievements helping people buy their first homes. He has a six-foot tall wall map with a pin for each home sold. The entire Northeast is solid pins... so many pins that he has had to start on a second wall map.

Mark's knowledge blew my mind. Tell him an address, and he can pretty much tell you who built the house and how it's laid out, all of the top of his head.

Mark was not just helpful to me; frankly I found him to be an inspiration.

Mark & Leslie are AMAZING - I really enjoyed working with them. They were the listing agent for the sale of my home in the NE of Gainesville, they got me top dollar and moved the home rather quickly. They recently helped me find and close on my home - They are attentive and look out for your best interest as a client, I appreciate the time and efforts they put into treating me like a valued customer.

Marc and Leslie are wonderful! Their attentiveness and wealth of information is beyond compare. They know houses, they know the market, they know Gainesville and the trends that may potentially impact your purchase. We couldn't have asked for better realtors. Both Leslie and Marc were always available to answer questions we had during our home-buying process. I also got a check-up email to see how we did after the storm. It is that kind of attention to detail that makes them stand out.
