I signed for the last 3/3 apartment available for Fall 2018. I paid 600 dollars to secure it. Then, I get a call the next morning that said we lost the apartment because 2 of our guarantors had yet to fill out the form and they had someone else come look at the apartment that morning and they got all their stuff in immediately. I can accept the fact that I lost the apartment, however, I can not accept the fact that I have yet to get a refund on my 600$. I paid last Wednesday. I then called on Monday to inquire when I would be getting my money back. They said I would get it back that day, Monday, or the next day, Tuesday, at the latest. I never received a call so on Wednesday I called them again, and they basically said "oh sorry. You'll get it when you get it" This is absolutely ridiculous. They said it takes 1-2 for the money order to clear and for them to write me a check. I understand this. But, it is now 7 days later and they don't even have an estimation on when I should receive my money. Extremely unprofessional, and frankly unacceptable.

Since the first day I came to visit these apartments, I’ve only had positive things to say about my overall experience. The whole staff is well managed, kind and willing to help you with anything you need. I’ve had to put in a few work orders since I first moved in 6 months ago, and each time they were able to take care of my issue within a short time.
     My apartment was given to me well cleaned and prepared as expected. I had no complaints when first moving in, and if I had any complaints im sure I would have received well timed service.
     With campus such a short distance away, a publix right within a few minutes drive, a target within the same distance, so many food options within walking distance, these apartments are in a prime location for students looking to live comfortably but also close to campus. The apartments are a bit smaller compared to other off-campus options, but I personally feel comfortable with the space. However, I would say it is definitely much larger than any dorm i've seen it. I would compare it to having the proximity of a dorm but with most of the benefits of having an apartment. 
      If I had any complaints, they are minimal and not too serious. Parking can become an issue if you do not plan accordingly, as each apartment gets one unreseverved parking decal for the lot. Others say they’ve had experiences of getting their cars towed even with proper decals in place, but I have yet to have my car towed, and I parked both in the private lot and the street parking. Because of the location, the area is pretty active at night, so noise can be an issue at times.
     Overall I’ve had a great experience at Lookinglass. I would definitely recommend it to anyone I know. I spent a lot of time apartment hunting before coming here, and I this complex certainly stood out from the rest! I’m Glad to spend my time in college here.

I've lived in multiple locations owned by Circa Properties and had a great experience. The leasing office and maintenance staff are some of best around and if you ever need anything, they have no problem helping you out. The property is well maintained and you can't beat the location. I highly recommend renting with Circa if you're looking for a place to live.
