Jimmy Gilmore handle my transaction,  he was professional and followed up on details that needed to be completed. Jerry was great to work with because of his professionalism and honesty.  He took the time to understand our business and our needs before suggesting a property.  He took the time to educate us on the process and ent above and beyond in protecting our best interest by asking questions that are not industry standard but because of his construction knowledge knew to ask further.   I highly recommend Jerry.

Jerry is wonderful to work with.  He is knowledgeable and truly cares about your individual needs and concerns! He also broke down the process so clearly so we understood what each step was.  Will be using him for any real estate (selling or buying) projects in the future!
