Originally from Yuma, Arizona, Caroline Auza, shares impeccable ties, and family history to the Yuma community that has helped define the topography of the Yuma, Az. landscape. As the Designated Broker and Owner of Caroline Auza Development, Caroline is expanding her Tucson headquarters to the Yuma, Az. Real Estate market.
After graduating from Cibola High School, Caroline Auza attended the University of Arizona graduating, and then launching her career in Real Estate in 1999. Opening her own brokerage in 2004, in Tucson, Arizona, Caroline went on to represent developers in the Phoenix, and Tucson markets, with their inventory helping them sell, acquire and add growth to their portfolios during the Real Estate downturn.
A pinnacle in the Tucson Real Estate community, Caroline Auzas business model encumbers years of experience in property management, home sales, multi-family transactions, and condo conversions that total over $600 million dollars in Real Estate transactions to date.
