Mike was fantastic with our sale. As a military family and being out of the area - he literally made things effortless for us. Arranged house cleaners, repairs needed - and attended and supervised for us in our absence - and kept me up to date constantly. The service level he provides is professional and so efficient. I felt very comfortable leaving my home sale in his hands and he definitely delivered!

Mike is a very personable, easy going guy considering how successful and smart he is about real estate in the Yuma area.  He helped us sell a house and buy a house and made it as easy as possible through some delays.  I was never worried about it because he had our trust from day 1.

Mike Bowling provides outstanding customer service as well as advice and has now sold two homes for me. The most recent one was challenging as I had already placed our new home under contract. By following Mike's advice on staging and pricing, it sold in the first week it was on the market. Thank you Mike for the great advice and outstanding service!

Mike is a real estate agent equivalent to superman.  Mike made sure our first time buying experience was smooth, pleasant and informative. He took the time to listen to what qualities we were looking for in a home and helped us find our dream home.  He did everything he could for us to view the homes we were interested in.  From our first encounter we had with him, until closing, and beyond Mike has been there holding our hands and helping us understand not only the real estate portion of buying a home, but assisted in any communication between the mortgage company and us.  All in all, you will have no regrets choosing Mike as a real estate agent, whether buying or selling a home, as he is obviously the best in town.

Mike Bowling is an awesome realtor!  First and foremost, I live in California and I had a property in San Luis, AZ that I needed to sell granted I had no idea how to go about it given that I am not from AZ.  Thank God for this man who not only helped me with the normal aspects of what a realtor does.  He went beyond!  The property needed fixtures and my "maintenance man"  went MIA but thank God! I had Mike help me out in finding an inexpensive back-up.  The property was listed on a Monday and I received an offer by Friday!  It was quickly sold!  Mike is a professional with good discernment and customer service.  If you need a realtor to sell your property or help you buy a home.  Mike is the person to reach out to.  I am forever, grateful to God and Mike!!
