The hostess and server were FANTASTIC, very friendly and eager to help. The table runner/busboy with the ponytail needs to find a job outside of the service industry. He clearly hates his job and all the customers at this place have to pay for his bad attitude. The food and drink are okay. I had some kind of seafood special and it was good. Minestrone soup needs seasoning. Calamari was solid. Cocktails definitely leave something to be desired. I wouldn’t not return but I’d order something different for sure.
My 1st experience here was slow on service but excellent food. My 2nd time was beyond excellent. Service and food were 100% on point. That server should train all servers like she works. However, I was given an excuse for my 1st time experience and told that the kitchen cooks based off how they feel that day. This is not right. The kitchen should be turning out a excellent product each and every time, not based how they are feeling that day. Management needs to address this type of culture and ensure it does not spread. Recommendation, make a garlic butter and rosemary spread for the bread rather than a side of garlic in a plastic container. The garlic was overpowering and it seems as if a lot of it goes to waste per table.
We celebrated my husband's 75th birthday with a party if 17. I pre-planned the party with the manager Matthew. The appetizers, champagne, food and service was beyond 5 star service. Our guests loved their food and my husband was so surprised. Thank you!! Annamarie
Excellent food. Customer Service was outstanding way better than expected. Atmosphere was extremely nice and clean in all areas
Pretty good food and even better drinks for the price. Take note if splitting items there’s a $3 charge and they won’t divide the food for you. It’s a pleasant atmosphere, however the service is very slow. Hence 1 less star.
We were there as a large group. Food was buffet style and I enjoyed it. Sitting outside in the covered patio was not bad with the heaters going. I would have enjoyed it more being inside. Dec. 2022.Food: 5/5
Food is fresh and good quality. Variety of items to choose from. Never have had a bad meal in all the years we've patronized this establishment. Have had many large group parties here as well. Service and accommodations are all well met.Food: 5/5
We had a really good meal here tonight. Rack of lamb was really tender and the gravy and vegetables were perfectly cooked. The salmon was slightly overdone but seaoned well. The two other meals were really good. The only real complaint was that Minestrone soup had a whole tomatoe in it, would have preferred it was broken down a bit. The service and drinks were excellent,
My wife ordered chicken parmesan but it didn't have any parmesan or melted cheese. The waiter was nice and said he would discount it. But instead he offered a free ice cream or drink. My food was also bad for something that took an hour to prepare. We will give it another try next year just like we do every year.
My wife and I had an inpromptu Christmas dinner at Sweeney's. After a short wait, we were seated and enjoyed a lovely meal of Chicken Piccata yum and Seafood Fettuccini with wine. Cheesecake and coffee completed the meal. The service was great. Looking forward to going back again soon.
