I have never here before. The outside looks basic but the inside the had a chalkboard for the kids to write in, it was clean, the counter area wow is the word. They had every type of candy you can think of as toppings. They had drizzled flavors and the yogurt was so rich. The creativity was a brilliant idea. It was quiet and warm just like the colors in the store. I will definitely bring my kids back.
The selection of flavors and toppings is incredible. Staff work hard to keep the topping bar clean and organized.
The two ladies working were kind, which these days you especially appreciate that as customer service lacks at many places. But unfortunately this store is filthy. Windows, doors, counters, tables, chairs, you name it. Gross. Can’t say I’ll be returning any time soon.
Always friendly and love the frozen yogurt flavors. I found 2 new flavors that are the best, mango and pineapple.
Horrible. The ice cream they served was expired and it made my two kids sick with a burning “tingly” feeling on their tongues. We asked for a refund or a replacement and the girl working said to call the manager 2 days later. Not sure why she couldn’t have just let them get another flavor. Absolutely ridiculous.
I took my great granddaughter to this monstrosity because she wanted froyo i let her get a small and she picked the icee mixed flavor but it wasn't froyo it was icee they need to say if its not froyo and it was very expensive when i could have gotten 2 half gallons of icecream at the grocery store for that price
FILTHY. From the floors, to the counters, to the tables and chairs, it was extremely grubby and unsanitary. I even attempted to wipe the tables off with my own Clorox wipe and could not remove all of the stuck on grime. Every table in the store was equally as dirty. My husband wiped the bench seating and his wipe turned brown. I will not return, and would strongly advise you to go elsewhere if you value your health.
From the smell when you first walk in to the tables, counters, everywhere you look is completely filthy dirty nothing is clean. I won't even mention the bathrooms. I usually don't do reviews but I feel it definitely needs to be addressed especially in the middle of a pandemic.
This store is nice and clean and the frozen yogurt is delicious with many flavor options. It's a bit pricey but for a once in a while treat, it's worth it!
Have a deaf son that reads lips. He wanted a frozen yogurt so took him there. They where very blunt and rude saying we could not enter with no mask even though we would have been only customer and state had entered phase 2. I explained that he was dead and need to read lips for me to help him get his yogurt they didn't care and refused service. That same day we had gone to several stores around town no problem.
