I’ve been wanting to try their milkshake for a very long time. So today, during our family fun, I took my family here- the one in Winchester. We walked in, the music was SUPER loud. We tried to order over the loud music. We could barely hear what the cashier said- so, imagined talking over a loud music?! The cashier picked her phone up, called someone on FaceTime- she was on the phone the whole time while we’re trying to figure out what they have. I then requested the cashier, word for word “Could you please put the volume down? Cuz I could barely hear you”. And, at the same time, my 4year old climbed on their colorful bench for people to sit down, I said, “Get down please” So, the lady who she’s on the phone with, said something that made the cashier uncomfortable to respond back. Anyways, the cashier put her music volume down, and we placed our orders. But then, she said she only one they have are this and this pointed to the 4-5 “to go milkshake menu”. So, we placed our orders, and while she enter our orders, I helped few of her customers, explaining them what they have. And, I even suggested the cashier helping her basically, to may be cover the ones that aren’t available for the day…. That’ll make her easy right?! Think about it? Then, the lady who she’s still on the phone with, came into the store, and said to me “You don’t have to be rude to her”. I said, I wasn’t rude to her, I was just requesting her to put the volume down, and I was also telling my daughter to get off the bench, over the loud music. But, apparently, she already made up her mind that I was rude to her friend or may be her co worker. I asked the cashier, was I rude to you? She looked so confused to even respond to me. She could barely count how much change she needed to give me back. I gave her $28, our orders was $27.19. But, guess what, since I wasn’t rude to the cashier, or anyone. And the way her friend or co worker accused me, I asked for a refund right away. We went to Dairy Queen- it was delicious
Delicious milkshakes. It's a little run down looking, but a great selection of flavors and good milkshakes.
The ice cream had a great taste, service was great. I spent $30 for 5 ice creams. My children’s cup was so small for the price. Just think of our regular scooper at home that the size it was. Mine was one scoop which I paid more for it was the same size. I felt it wasn’t worth the price for what you get. I won’t be back there for that reason. To expensive for what you get.
Spent $12 on To Go Cotton Candy special and ended up throwing it all away. Nothing special, McDonald's milkshakes are better. It tasted like straight milk, looked nothing like what was advertised and you could hardly pull the cotton candy apart... then there was no taste to it.
Best Milkshakes in town and the perfect place to take your Kids and have a great time!!
Traveled across town to come. Online says open until 8pm. Got here and they were cleaning up with gate down at 6:50.
This is the best milkshake just as seen on photos
