Our old hot tub finally went kaput.  We called around and decided to go to Sweetwater first bc they we so accommodating on the phone. When we arrived we were greeted and immediately put with the right person.  Wayne stayed with the project start to finish. Along the way we worked with so many great people.  Craig was awesome on the install. Best part was we went there yesterday and our new spa was filled and already heating up by noon today. And its memorial day weekend to boot.  5 stars. Thank you Sweetwater!

So thankful to have locally a pool/spa store with highly knowledgeable, helpful staff.   We havevrun to them so many times as new pool owners,  and each time they are professional,  fast,  and helpful.  We support this small business #1 because again they're that good.   We've considered buying from Walmart or having direct delivery from Amazon.  However,  we run the chance of not seeing the business succeed by going with the big guys,  not to mention their prices are very fair and in alignment with their competitors. Absolutely love the store!

I have been to Sweetwater a few times and each time I am not greeted. Just pointed around like cattle. Also each time they have tried to sell me something I don't want or need. And most of the staff seems uneducated on the products. Also they have recently sold me the wrong skimmer weir. Overall I am not satisfied.
