I wanted veggies. I made my salad. Everything was fresh. I got tuna as my protein. Quite tasty. I also got the sirloin. A little over done, but good flavor. Will be back.

I am rarely impressed when it comes to healthy restaurants. Most are over priced and the quantity of food makes me depressed. Swegs was both well priced, and I left feeling quite satisfied! Great crew, great food, and I have found a great new place to eat!

First visit here. I had the tomato basil soup to start. I also had the Mediterranean shrimp bowl. VERY GOOD! The kalamata olives and feta cheese gave this dish the perfect amount of salt. The roasted red peppers and cucumbers were really nice in the dish. I think I'll try the bbq shrimp and cauliflower grits next time, as the server let me taste a sample of the bbq sauce and found it tasty.

This place was very good for a quick style restaurant. Not what I was expecting. The gumbo was better than 95% of the restaurants I have tried it at. That in itself is enough to give this a try.
