Fast food is supposed to be just that, FAST... This Wendy's has a huge parking lot so parking is never an issue. The inside is always clean. The friendliness of the staff is a hit or miss. The wait time for your order to be taken is usually no LESS than 2 minutes. The dining areas drink machine rarely is fully functioning. The order accuracy varies by the amount of menu items (always double check). The food, on the other hand, is always hot and fresh. The portion size is always on point. And there's always a trendy deal available, on the menu...

Two nights in a row I went to Wendy's drive-thru....both nights the same people were working the window...the rudest people I have come across in a long time...no thank you, not even an acknowledgement that I was there paying their salary...they looked like they couldn't stand to be working there... DO NOT work with serving the public if you don't like the public... This Wendy's just recently finished their renovations...the store looks very nice but the people are terrible... I will NOT go back to that Wendy's again... And for treating their customers like dirt, they  want $15/hour....they don't want to work for $9/hour...!!!!....

Always get order wrong fries cold.
