We have gone to this restaurant many times and had a lovely evening with good food. Unfortunately our experience last night was quite the opposite. When we arrived at 5:15-the only time available- we were taken to a table whuch was next to a very large group. The adults were at a long table against the opposite wall from us and the 10 young children were at a round table unsupervised next to us. They were screaming and yelling as kids tend to do and no adult even tried to speak with them until we complained. We asked for a different table and were given a very tiny high top next to the bar. When we asked for an explanation we were told the large group comes 3 times a year and spends $4000 each time so even if they s—t on the table that would be okay. We feel that other customers are just as important and that if others will not return due to a bad experience the restaurant could be in trouble. So sad that this happened as the our friends were there for the first time and they will never go back.

Always great food and great staff. The restaurant is very nice with a unique rustic feel.

Great food, and the typical fun atmosphere of fondue. Great French Onion Soup Great Spetzle. (Spelling?) Good scotch selection too.

We came here after an amazing day of hiking on Vail mountain during Oktoberfest. The service was amazing and the food was astounding. We really loved the atmosphere, staff and flavors. The vegetarian raclette was awesome. We can't wait to come back!

Great if you are looking for that small mountain European feel, food was perfect, service was even better.
