Inspired by the classic
brasseries of Paris,
Vintage hearkens to a time of fresh ingredients and traditional techniques when dining meant great food, wine and company into the late-night hours.
The dinner menu is balanced between classic brasserie favorites and changing chalkboard features, allowing Chef to pay homage to tradition while also pursuing culinary innovation.
The wine list focuses heavily on Europe and California and offers premium labels at the best on-premise prices
in Vail Village.

Went there about a week ago, staff were very busy assisting few selecting customers. May be they were regulars. After reading reviews online, I thought it would be a good experience but looks like this restaurant thinks it is high class which is not. food arrived late and was pricey as well. wont go there again. There are many good restaurants in Vail Town couple of blocks away.

Awful service. The restaurant was literally half full on 1/29. I tried to take my girlfriend for a nice brunch. 20 minutes later - we were still waiting for a table. Or even a human to acknowledge our existence. (Three employees passed us during this time and said ‘we’ll be right with you,’) apparently this means something different at Vintage. As you then proceeded to seat 2 parties before us (whom also did not have reservations!?) We walked out. Funny how you treat locals.

Very good place to eat. I prefer dinner because of the decoration, but you can have lunch too. The food is delicious and have a very good selection of wines. I don't want to forget to say something about the staff. Excellent, they know what they have.

Excellent food, service and ambiance. We love the dining scene in Vail and were so excited to find this French Bistro to add to our “go to” list!
