Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

Beautifully renovated. Waited 25 ish minutes to be seated. Well worth the wait. Big difference in the portion sizes. Couldn't finish our meal. Not complaining! Can't wait to come back. But with a reservation first.

Would not even give this place a star. Got seated with the restaurant barely being busy, ordered in which it took 45 minutes to get our appetizers and after an hour we still didn't get our mains. People that were there after us, got their food way before us in which we decided to leave ... terrible service. Manager gave gift cards to accommodate and upon using, they were already used cards. Love swiss chalet but would not recommend this location.

The 430 dinner rush took some time to get seated. Food was good as usual wasn’t a fan of eating off a cookie sheet with parchment paper under the food. New buns look like dempsters buns from Walmart. Was told that they are getting plates again soon. Service was very good and friendly. Decor in the restaurant is much nicer then the south Barrie restaurant.

This is a somewhat more fancy/modern Swiss Chalet location. They have a separate area for take out and "express" orders, where you order at a counter (fast food style) and take your food to a table to eat it. One note: unlike the usual arrangement, the Harvey's here is not internally connected, and they won't let you bring food from Harvey's over to Swiss Chalet.

Wow. Brand new Swiss Chalet. They've turned it into a flagship store with a really nice new design and new menu. VERY NICE!
