Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

The driver mixed up our orders, we called as soon as we realized the mistake. The driver returned to take the other persons order and gave us a bag that had been torn open and told me that the other customer was angry with ME, and it was my fault. The Swiss Chalet help line told us they would send a new unopened replacement. Long sorry short (4 phone calls, assured multiple times that the order would arrive monetarily) I finally got through to the local store. They told me the driver said he dropped off the replacement already... (WHAT?) and that I could not have a refund but if I insisted I could come get it myself. SO GLAD we tipped... So insane. Totally absurd 2 hour ordeal. Eat anywhere else.

Order a family pack of chicken cut up and four sides. Got home and only to find the grave opened in the bag and was all over everything. This staff don't care even when you call them. You would think they would offer a replacement...

i purposely go here for the fries because they are the best. for the most part it was fine, they were not busy so it was quiet and yet the staff seemed annoyed. then before the bill came I expressed to the waitress that I wanted to use my scene points and handed her the card. she came back with the pinpad and handed me the bill. when I repeated that I wanted to use my points she said I couldn't because she already gave me points for the meal so then she had to ask the manager what to do, when this could have all been avoided if she would have listened to me when I tried to make her life easier. she finally comes back and says that she can only do up to $30 which is a crock because Montana's actually offers to use all your points for the meal. then to top it all off I didn't even get my toblerone that I paid $20 bucks for. I'm just going to continue to go the harvey's side to order

It's generally a nice dining experience here - friendly service, quick for food to come, and nice bright dining room.
