I took CrossFit Fundamentals at Switch a couple weeks ago, and my experience was very positive. The owner Matt was flexible with availability for my convenience, was very responsive to emails and questions, and very knowledgeable in general. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the box; they remind you to wipe down your equipment after each use, and the box is well organized and clean all around. I like that they have a small area for kids when you don't have a babysitter, very convenient. Matt demonstrated modifications to various exercises to accommodate limitations, which put me at ease. Overall, I would highly recommend Switch to anyone looking for a great CrossFit experience. I'm not a member only because of convenience, as this box is located further from my residence than I can accommodate due to my schedule.

Amazing atmosphere and AMAZING trainers. Matt and Gina really know CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting. I have attended a few other CrossFit gyms in the area and this one has them all beat by a mile. The gym is extremely clean and always in order. The class times range from 5:30 am to after 7:00pm. I can always make a time and have no excuses to not work it. I highly recommend Switch CrossFit to everyone!

I had never picked up a barbell before entering Switch for the first time. From day 1, I have felt nothing but welcome, have really enjoyed getting strong and working out, and the added bonus of all the wonderful friends I have made. I love lifting weights, but if that isn't your thing, there are other classes, something for everyone! The trainers are top notch!

If you're a beginner or advanced, Switch is a great place to workout! All the trainers are super friendly and ready to help you achieve your goals. I remember how intimidated I was the first time I set foot inside the gym knowing the crossfit stereotypes, but Matt was quick to introduce himself and show me around. The membership is really friendly and everybody checks their ego at the door. There are several programs that keep our coming back so you can never get bored. Take advantage of the free class and try it out!
