Went today for a wash. The woman directing the cars was extremely rude. She kept yelling at me and obviously you can't hear anything in the wash. I rolled down my window before entering to hear her better and saw her mouth "stupid" while shaking her head at me then she walked away. On top of that I don't believe I received the same wash that I paid for. We didn't get the triple wash or the bug blaster. My car is still dirty. Will not be going back. Never thought I'd be upset with a car wash.

They need to have options.  If I buy a 3 dollar car wash it would be nice to upgrade to tire shine for 2 dollars more.  Or Wheel cleaner and tire shine for a few dollars more.  I bought the 3 dollar wash and had zero upgrades offered....bummer!

My wife and I have used the car wash a few times.  Tried the pet wash and the one cubicle did not seem to swap over from shampoo to rinse.  Had to switch to other cubicle and had to pay the full $7 just to rinse him off.  Complained to staff, manager called me back and informed me it takes 20-25 seconds for piping to clean itself out, which seems like a very long time given the water pressure.  Said he would not reimburse me the additional $7 I paid to use other cubicle(I put $10 in the first cubicle).  If I could have just put a dollar in to rinse my dog off I wouldn't have even complained.  Given the other negative reviews on this page it appears management is not concerned with meeting customer halfway or being helpful or concerned about their customer complaints.

vacuum is awesome.   been there probably 3 or 4 times over past 4 months.  i always spring for the most expensive wash.  never has the back of my car been adequately cleaned (trunk, rear plate/bumper area).  i kept hoping it would get fixed, but it hasn't, so i stopped going.  i never had that issue at main st. car wash in sycamore, no idea what their machines are doing differently.

I own an older avalanche and the car wash ripped a piece of cladding (nody panel) off of my truck. The staff was very unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do. They were very rude when i asked if they could look or reimburse me. I'd be very careful if you have a nice car you care about if you want it washed. Heard Ralph's is better and in the same area
