Paid for "ultimate wash". Had to buy tire shine and do it myself when I got home. The only thing that their employees have to do manually is the application of tire shine. They should eliminate it from the option list because they don't apply it. It is otherwise a fine place to get your vehicle washed. Just skip the ultimate wash because you might have to do that extra work yourself.  The rest of my vehicle looked clean. I really just got the basic wash while I paid for the ultimate...and that sucks.

Wash club is the way to go. Unlimited washes (1 per day ) for the month. Current staff is very friendly.  Even told me when state inspection was expiring!

I have had very good experiences with this car-wash in the past and so drive from Philly for the good service. Last month I took my car there and was very happy with the job with the exception that my back windows were not cleaned and thought it a once off. I took my car there last Sunday (6/11/17) and made mention to have the rear small windows cleaned. They talked me up to the next level of service which was $16.95 or so at the cash register. Imagine my disappointment when I saw that the door jams had not been wiped clean and still had large dirt marks, I was annoyed but there were so many cars behind me that I left ...and when I looked further once at home, I saw that the floor mats were wet so they had been removed...or sprayed to look clean, but the carpets had not been vacuumed front or back at all!!  The Vacuum is the most important part of the job and the floors underneath the mats were filthy. I could have payed for a $5 wash and gotten the same service. Very disappointing. I will now have to tell all of the people that I recommended going to WaterWorks for their car wash not to bother. What a shame. I thought i'd found my go to car-wash.
