My husband and I needed to get a newer vehicle but were dreading the whole car buying experience. We hate it so we shopped on Sunday when the car dealerships were closed. We found some at Tom Sparks that we liked. We heard great things about them and they sold my son a car awhile back. So we test drove a few I just couldn't make my mind up for a few weeks. They were all awesome no pressure like you get at other dealerships. Let us take car my ourselves let us decide. Finally yesterday we when in and the process was easy and painless.Dan help us but Brad had help us when Dan was gone one day. They are both great. Rueben did all the financing and he was wonderful. I have never left a car dealership feeling that good. I would recommend them to everyone.  Thanks for being so honest and genuine with us. I live the fact that they are local also. I will definitely buy my next car here.

Absolutely love them! Extremely honest and upfront. Love how they honestly want to help you! Would definitely recommend everybody to come here and try out their treatment. Ruben and Dan were extremely helpful in getting me what I need!

Made a deal to purchase a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude with 25,875 miles. Deal involved a trade-in, which they took upon themselves to clean out after their test drive, prior to the deal being finalized - thought this was strange and not acceptable. Got the Cherokee home, about an hour away, and on the first trip away from home (short distance) started experiencing problems. Came to a stop and it seemed as if the car threw itself into reverse momentarily. Then proceeded to shut the engine off completely when coming to a stop and the speedometer reached 0 mph. 
We were first told to bring the vehicle back and they'd provide a rental until Monday when they'd get it checked out. This tasted sour like a sign of a lemon so we wanted to reverse the deal. They reluctantly agreed, and we proceed back to get and go home in what was our trade-in vehicle. While I'm  glad we were able to return to square one, I do not feel as though this was the first of their knowledge of the issues on this 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. They returned the vehicle to it's location where we first viewed it before we were even out of sight.
