Place is a Gem nestled in the Middle of Sycamore. I Kayak Fished for the 1st time there. It was incredible. 2 nice lakes, Full RV hook-ups, nice Beach. Thanks,  TJ

The owner appears a little particular, but this shows in a good way with nicely-kept grassy areas and great amenities.  There is a nice tennis court and a partial basketball court, along with two lakes for fishing (catch and release) many types of fish.  Beach area with row boats available.  Many tall trees for shade, and just clean overall.  Pride of ownership shows.

Worst campground we have ever stayed in.  Dick, the owner, is like Hitler and runs the place like a military camp.  If you want to relax and enjoy your camp weekend, this is NOT the place to go.  If you like tight spots, listening to your next door neighbor's conversation while in your own area, and a lot of rules to follow, then this is the place for you!  No stars for Dick!  (There is 1 star because you cannot post with 0.)

The was my first time at Sycamore RV Resort and probably my last. First of all you can't find the place, no signs on the main street telling you that you are in the right place. The main road into the park looks like you are driving down an alley full of potholes. Then there is a bunch of stop signs and a big sign saying NO TRESPASSING, with a bunch of rules on it. It look as if you are driving into a PRISON CAMP or AREA 51. (NOT very inviting) I walked into office and met (as one reviewer put it), Mr and Mrs Hitler (not their real names). The reviewer hit the nail on the head. These owners were the most unfriendly RV Park owners I have ever met and I've been to a lot of park in the last 10 years. First Mrs Hitler started in on me because I'm checking to early, she says you know check-in is 3 PM and I have to charge you for early check in. I said no one told us that when we made the reservations, to which she said "it's on the your Confirmation Sheet". Who reads the confirmation? I told her the Grand Kids were in a hurry to get to your wonderful park. I asked if I could park off to the side, out of the way until check in time. Her answer was "NO". When Mr Hilter comes back from checking to see if my site was empty, he told me it was. Mrs Hitler tells him in a nasty tone of voice that she told us that we have to a pay a half day for coming in early. People we were only two hours early, is that a crime, I guess it was to the Hitlers. Mr Hitler then said to me did you unhook your car, I said no, well GO DO THAT RIGHT NOW. Mr Hitler acted like I should have known to do that before coming into the office. Nasty man. 
This place has so many rules and regulations that it takes you a whole day to read them all.
I'll will never go back and recommend that you pass on this one. The owners act like they are doing you a favor being there.

The inlaws recently purchased an RV for travel and were testing out how it was so we took a ride down with them so the boys could go 'camping' in it. The entire location was a blast, plenty of areas for the kids to play and great hookups for the RV at a decent price. The washrooms were clean and overall this seems like a great place for campers to stay at!
