Service was great, I ordered the TJ's belly buster well done and it was a little burnt. My friend got the wings and those were good. The service was great and I will go there again. Probably won't get a burger next time. Great little place to grab a bite to eat!

I am truly disappointed in Hooligans and have been for quite a while (almost 2 years now). I grew up here in Prior Lake moved away years ago and then came back and had been eating here for eons! This place was once a really great place. The food was good, service was friendly, quick & the prices reasonable. We ate here regularly, but not anymore since the owners started taking shortcuts in their food preparations! (More to come soon)

Good menu choices. One is standard American fare and the other is Mexican. Food is good and served hot. Spirits are reasonably priced

Excellent choices for lunch. Sandwiches, Soups, and Salads, large beverage selection. The Clam Chowder is the best I have ever had. I have tasted clam chowder all over the United States. This was by far the Best

The food is wonderful as is the service. My husband and I took the chance and brought our toddler to lunch here; he's generally so full of energy, he doesn't sit still for too long but he did so good today and our server was excellent. She had a busy section and several other families with young children but she was just on top of everything. She brought our food out in a timely manner and our glasses were never empty. She was incredibly sweet to our son, too. We'll definitely be returning again!
