I always like coming here when it's not at its peak with shoppers. You have to come early to avoid the craziness. It's usually clean with a wide variety of items available for purchase. The employees are friendly and helpful 99% of the time. Lots of parking in the plaza's parking lot. Definitely recommend coming here if you're in need of an outfit at the last minute.

I always love going to this Maxx. It has the runway so you can find some special pieces. The staff is very helpful and courteous.

Wasn't very happy. The store was very messy. Sizes were not where they should be and  a lot of things were riped becauce of the way they they  hung so sloppy. When I got into the fitting room I had wrong sizes and zippers that wouldn't zip.

Excellent Customer Service.
My family was visiting from Europe and we enjoyed shopping at this TJ Maxx location. It happen that the debit card used was swiped twice, but it did not get through and we had to use a credit card. Once outside the store, we got an email from the bank requesting confirmation the debit card was used twice. We went back in the store and the cashier that assisted us - Brendon was very helpful and understanding.  We ended up speaking with the Customer Service Manager - I forgot her name- and she was very helpful reviewing all the receipts and charges and confirming which card was charged and which card was not charged. Long story short, the manager advised us to call the bank (was weekend) and we got to speak with a rep at Swiss Bank and she was able to confirm that the error was from the bank and not from the store. 

I read all the negative reviews and I must say that every time I come to this location I had great experience and my family shopping experience was excellent. I have to thank the Customer Service Manager, to Brendon and to Nicholas for their assistance.
