The five stars are for Kayleigh at the pharmacy. I was having a really annoying issue with coverage for my prescription, and between the pharmacy, calling my insurance, calling the manufacturer, and calling my doctor, I couldn't get any consistent answers.

Kayleigh was kind enough to call my insurance and the manufacturer. I left and about three hours later the situation was resolved and she was able to explain to me what was causing the issue to happen as well as tell me exactly what to say to whoever rang me up next time so it wouldn't happen again. I'm going tomorrow to pick it up and I am so happy that I won't have to worry about it anymore (until my coupon expires...)

Really really great service that saved me headaches and $120. Give her a raise! :)

I went there to buy packs of tobacco, and cat food,  i was with my 20 years old daughter. I was on the way to pay then suddenly the cashier asked for her ID and say that he cannot sell me the pack. I was surprised. My daughter show him a french national ID . He check and says that he cannot read it because its not an american id ( the birthdate is a  number so its international and easy to check) he refuse to sell . I went back home and leave my daughter there,  came back with my wife few minutes later, i ask again for the packs of tobacco, because they sell the brand we wanted, he refuse again and says that he needs the autorisation from his manager to sell . Unbelievable.   We were forced with my wife,  to show him my daughter ID to prove him the legality of the sell . WEIRD SHE WAS NOT THERE ANYMORE AT THAT MOMENT. ....
AND NOBODY WAS UNDER 18 AT ANY TIME.

Pharmacy cashiers are usually rude and always confused. Customer is put last. They could do so much better.

the service in the pharmacy is horrible always short staffed they do not even allow you to ask a question. I cannot recommend the pharmacy at all.

They have one of the rudest pharmacists I have ever dealt with. She is not just rude to me, it is with all customers. We come in multiple times and I cringe each time I see this particular pharmacist at the counter. There are other much pleasant pharmacists who work here. The convenience of the store is the only reason we keep returning.
