Good quality items overall, discount coupons available by direct mail. Very few helpers inside. You waste a lot of time looking for what you need.

I come here once every two weeks to get beauty products/necessities with my coupons. I probably spend at least $50 every two weeks here. I regularly receive coupons in the mail. I also have 3 email addresses which I receive the coupons there as well. I have 2 personal and 1 for work. The email's come with barcodes to scan and long numbers at the bottom. So I screen shot each one to make it easier for the associate. EVERYTIME I come in here I have an issue. They accuse me of having duplicate coupons saying only one on my phone will work. I always reply with "No, I have multiple email addresses and if you look closely the numbers are all different." They scan them and they do work. But, the past few times the associates have been extremely rude to me. This one woman asked me how I do that and have so many. I told her to stop giving me a hard time as I was in a rush and just wanted to get out. She said she wasn't giving me a hard time just didn't understand how I had so many coupons. I had about 4 on my phone and 3 paper ones. Why was she asking me this? I see people coming in with binders of coupons!!! Not fair. I feel like I am just being targeted because I am in my 20's. I am just trying to save a couple bucks, its not like it comes out of their paycheck. Another instance, 2 weeks ago I came in the store with my coupons and the older man accused me of having duplicate ones on my phone. He only let me use one on my phone and said the rest were fakes. Well they were not. I called corporate and they apologized. They sent me a coupon via email. They said the district manager would be contacting me in a few days but never did. I will still shop here because its the only one in boca. Please tell your employee's to stop giving people a hard time over coupons.

We absolutely love this store! Today we needed customer service with a few things, and they were fabulous and friendly.
