Walked in to purchase a new phone, no one spoke nor said "they will be right with me" nothing! Haitian dude, and Spanish chic. Also, won't believe it seem to be the manager over putting up phones, never said one WORD!!! I was just standing there waiting... ended up walking out. Smh I will not be back again. No customer service whatsoever.🤦🏿‍♀️

I have been a tmobile customer since 2002. I have gone through a lot of phones in a lot of states and have been to a lot of stores. By far this is best store I have ever been to. My old HTC was 4 years old and it finally died. These folks hooked me up with new phone. They are amazing people. I will be coming here when Iphone X comes out!!! Definitely see these folks for anyone and everything!!!!

I walked in the store today with an issue about my phone and how it doesn't work anymore. Rasheed was so helpful in helping me find a proper phone that works for me! He was patient with me, and I recommend anyone that comes into this store to go see him he's awesome..

Henry and staff located at store:  5422 S OBT  in Orlando​, FL are heaven sent, I was experiencing multiple issues with a new phone and I contacted them via phone spoke with Henry and although I was upset he assured me the issue would be resolved, I came to the store and not only was my issue resolved, but the staff was informative, courtesy, patient and very professional with me throughout the process. I left satisfied with my new replacement phone and a new found confidence in the T-Mobile brand. The replacement staff is way better than the 1st crew. Thank you Henry and staff. You guys ROCK!
