Worked to lower my bill. Also very respectful

There were two employees helping one customer when i walked in and 
 I wasn't acknowledged for about 10 minutes.  When i was "helped",  he kept telling me he couldn't do anything and I had to call customer service.  That may have very well been the case, but his overall attitude was as if he wanted me out of the store.  I had to pretty much beg him to just look through my phone to see if all the settings were correct.  He finally did but was incredibly reluctant to even attempt to help me.

In t Mobiles defense, I did call customer support and their representative chris was incredibly nice and very helpful.

Worst experience in a T-Mobile store ever! I have a business plan and all of my devices are paid off so I was treated with very little customer service. I was expecting the opposite. I had 4 lines but now I only have 2 but they kept trying to make me get more lines instead of just giving me what I wanted which was upgrading a line with no balance.

I'm now on day 7 of waiting for a failed "JUMP on Demand" upgrade to go through. I was at the store for 2 hours and they wouldn't let me leave with "my new phone" because their system is apparently run on a potato. The people at the store are incompetent. The computer system is horrible. 
The whole corporation seems to have problems. I've only gone here twice and there has been problems both time. Go to another store or drop this horrible company.
