Really inconsistent. Sometimes, the staff is courteous and helpful; other times you feel like you're intruding and unwelcome. The quality of the staff also varies widely, as the advice/recommendations they give you are sometimes worse than you could pull online.

Worst experience ever. The employees have a really nasty dispositions and reluctantly refuses to notify a manager when asked. Customers Service sent a phone for me to exchange and the male sales didn't want to assist me with the simple process.

I despise this store. They sent my replacement phone back and the second phone mysteriously went missing. Customer service is nice nasty and they laughed in my face.
