I tried the service & it wasn't what I expected or what I was told the return policy was if I canceled & returned the phone in lass than 14 days. 
The people & manager said if I wanted to cancel the service & return the phone there would be a cancellation fee and a restocking fee of $95.00 total. If I didn't like it I could go back to the store where I purchased the phone & service and speak with the manager at that store. 
The staff at this location at 7360 Carson St , Long Beach are liars and thieves. 
I went back to the Santa Ana store and Lucy helped me without giving me any grief. 

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITHE THE STORE ON CARSON ST. IN LONG BEACH TOWN CENTER

All the sales people I've talked to here are nice and patient, and this location seems to have a deeper selection of phones than other shops in the area. I got my last phone here after going to two stores who did not have it. I don't give it five stars because I've talked to a couple of people here who were not the most knowledgeable, but there are others who knows their stuff. I brought my wife here when it was time to upgrade her phone, and she was very happy with the service she received as well.

Worse customer service, even though have extra representative but he doesn't Wana do any thing, just collecting names, for small issues he wants to direct people to another representative. Average wait time is 35 to 40 mins or more

Bryan was such a great care rep. He helped me and was very knowledgeable about the phones and accessories that came with them..very professional.. DEVAN on the other hand was making fun of me and being nosy. He was all in my business and wouldnt let Bryan work. HAHA! I had a Pleasant experience. Everyone there was nice and had great energy.
