This is the Best T Mobile Location in the Antelope Valley! I have done a total of 6 Upgrades, have had some bill issues but they help and treat me with Respect every time!! I had Michelle and Nick help me out with all my transactions and they were both AMAZING! Don't waste your time going to the one on L, they have people who should not be working with Customers.

I went into the store this last week with billing questions and was helped by a Zenia. First off, she was extremely rude and wasn’t concerned with any of my questions. She kept trying to shove all these products down my throat after I had told her I wasn’t interested, but thanked her for the offer. She was unprofessional about it and rolled her eyes at me when I declined. I had a terrible experience with her, but the other employees seemed a lot friendlier. Please avoid going to Zenia as she will try to shove products down your throat that you’re not interested in.

I recommended Safone here earlier this year with his band mates to get phones and he said he was treated like a criminal how his mates were watched the entire time.
