We have 4 Tmobile lines. All 4 lines have current iPhone 6s Plus' and Samsung. Pay Jump plans - buy several new phones a year - member for over 10 yrs. We buy plenty of accessories as well. Thousands of dollars spent on phones and accessories. So we come into this location because we are in the neighborhood (not our regular tmobile store) and ask them to put on a screen protector (because they have the skills). The guy refused to put it on because we didn't buy at Tmobile and they couldn't be responsible. Screw that! For years my Tmobile in Mesa will put my screen protector on a $700 phone without being righteous acting. The store was dead, not like we were interrupting anything. When we headed home we stopped at our Tmobile in Mesa and without fail they gave us no guff. When customers spend thousands a year and you can't put on a screen protector for them unless they pay the high bucks for a Tmobile one. Literally everything else is bought there. I have never felt such snobbiness at any other Tmobile. They could say, we can do it but we can't take responsibility. Everyone knows it's a skill that is learned with repetitiveness which many phone owners don't have. If Tmobile in general refused to put on a non Tmobile screen protector I would quit buying any accessories from them PERIOD. A little bit of customer service goes a long way. Bah Humbug to you Snobs at this location.

Had probably one of the best overall customer experiences I've ever had in a long time. Worked with Daniel to upgrade two of my phones without a hitch. Daniel was very knowledgeable, prompt, and fixed everything on my family plan account without any issues. I've always had mixed experiences with support over the phone so being able to talk to someone face to face and have an issue resolved same day was amazing. Highly recommended and will go back to this store again

this store BY FAR gave me the greatest customer service experience I have ever received! The entire staff was upbeat, happy, and knowledgeable! Not to mention the store was clean and tidy! The few times I have gone in I have worked with Mike, Kyle, and the Manager Daniel. They made my switch from Verizon easy and seamless! If you are planning to switch like I did these are the guys to see! Thank you guys, I will be bringing more business to your doors!

Went in twice and both times the staff was very helpful. Both times I went in I got my problems solved in less than 30mins. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy with anything. There are other stores closer to where I live, but I made the trip to this one because of the good reviews. I was not disappointed. Good store.

Great service! Alec is very knowledgeable and has helped me both times I've been in. Will be my go-to T-Mobile store.
