Not very helpful and the girl helping us didn't seem to know what she was doing and would not ask another to help her. She just said that's the best she can do, sorry.

They worked for a long time on what we need and were helpful.  The lower score is because we needed data transferred from our phones and though they tried to move it, it was lost

Great staff and great service! I came from the Deathstar aka AT&T, and my service is noticeably better here in the Terre Haute area.

Fast and friendly service. I took one star off because I had to return to the store the next day to fix a data issue with my phone. It wasn't as simple as just adding the data to my service as my phone was previously with a Canadian carrier. I wasn't too upset about having to go in the next day as per this being a bit more complicated than a normal activation. One star off for the inconvenience though.
