This bro sales team was the worst. Truly. I came in to trade in my Iphone  and purchase a new one.  While I was open to all types of phones, the sales person who came to assist me was pretty focused on selling me an Iphone x.  I looked around and then was pulled back to the X by the sales person.  I just decided that the X was worth the purchase with their $300 trade in rebate. (I later figured it that this comes with restrictions) He tried to sell me all sorts of other expensive special offers. When I told him I did not want to purchase extra speakers or the other items he told me that they didn't have the phone. In fact, every phone I asked for he began to say they didn't have in stock. Really?? And then he left me in the store without  guidance to a new phone or any help at all.  What happened here??  I have been with T-Mobile for over a decade.  I feel left down, confused and with a team of sales people that only wanted to make money off merchandise they "didn't" have. Shouldn't I have been helped in a way that best for me and not the sales people? Why didn't I leave with a new phone?  Why was I being so pressured into things I did not need and a phone you apparently didn't have?   yuck.....thanks for nothing and an awful experience.

I don't recommend this store . They aren't honest about the service we received the most important for them to sell most expensive plan .

Bad service. And they spend way too much time with 1 customer therefore others have to wait like hours.

Good customers service - long wait time - but they doing the best for their customers. Chris was very helpful and did much more then I expected. Highly recommended this T-Mobile store.
