I don't always have an awesome experience here but I'm a target lover regardless. Today though in search of pieces to put centerpieces together for my daughters baptism...Alice was so helpful and genuinely kind that she made me feel loyal to this location. There may be more than one Alice so I'll describe her as best I can, she's got long white hair with bangs she wore glasses and an Irish ring (I think). Thank you Alice for being a "guest" advocate!

Called to see when school supplies would be coming in. The customer service employee said that the wouldn't have them until after Fourth of July, because of course they want to sell all that stuff before school supplies. Very disappointing when other Targets are already stocking their shelves with supplies and opening their school shop. Basically means this Target is behind on stocking up, at least when it comes to school supplies. When I asked when the school supplies would be on shelves the customer service lady told me "next week". When I asked what day, she said she doesn't know but she knows it's next week. This "information" if you can even call it that, is extremely useless. Does she except me to come to Target every day in the next week, just to check if they happen to have supplies? This clearly shows how exactly how well-informed their customer service employees are (which is not at all informed, for those who couldn't catch that.) So, here you have a Target with limited stock, late deliveries, and employees with limited knowlodge.
