This is the only sprint store I will go to. I use to go to the location in Geneva and I chose Hoffman Estates for the fact it was closer to my house. I moved about an hour farther and I still take the drive to this store. Everytime I come in here I am treated with respect. They treat you more than just customers. They truly care about you and your needs more than just the commission they can make off your sale. The store manager Tony is doing a very well job at training his associates. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door and will do as much as they can to make sure you leave happy or with a plan b if they are unable to solve it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heart beat.

I have been a sprint customer for 10 plus years and I had switched from the sprint store in Arlington heights to the one on golf road because there customer service was excellent....key word WAS. I have been upgrading my phone with this location for 5 years and one of the reasons I stood loyal to them was because with every purchase of my cell phone I would purchase the cover for the phone and they would discount the glass protector to help keep the cost down. Well my last visit on 11/8/17 I was put with a sales associate Jorge Tovar and he informed that they do not have the glass covers in stock and even if he did it will be the full price of 45 dollars for the screen protector....I have never paid that much for the screen in the past five years so why would I start to now? So I asked to speak to a manager and I was approached by TONY the manager he said there was nothing he could do about the pricing and that it is what it is. I said " I just did the same deal last month on one of my other  I phone account and he said that WASNT suppose to happen and if it did happen its cause the employee that did that was stealing from the company.
 He was very condescending and does not know how to speak to customers....I will remain loyal to sprint just not to this location...so if you were thinking about buying a phone from this location I would advise just go to sprint directly. STAY AWAY!

I just want to say that being in the financial services business for 34 years I have seen EVERYTHING so rarely does anything surprise me.  But count me surprised on May 11, 2017 when I dealt with the folks at the Sprint Preferred Retailer at 5 E. Golf Road in Hoffman Estates.

They had NO reason to help me as another Sprint store total screwed up our family porting from Verizon.  Suffice to say after 2.5 hours in the other Sprint store and almost losing my phone number of 30 years due to their ineptitude, I was pleasantly surprised how quick and efficiently they went above and beyond the call  to rectify the situation.  

The store manager Brittney and her two staffers Andrew and Lourdes obviously understand that making a customer happy and whole again is the most important mission possible, even if they have aren't the ones making any money on the transaction.  She and her staff define the term professional and courtesy customer service.  Not sure what kind of bad day the one person was having who wrote a negative review but I hope he/she is better now.

Lastly, I encourage everyone to move to Sprint as the cost structure is great and the people like Britney and her staff are even better.
