So, I pre-ordered a phone (Galaxy s8 plus to be exact) for the first time ever and let me tell you never again!!!! First off they called me thursday the day before release of phone to schedule an appointment for pick up of phone so im like ok great cant wait! Walk in the next morning and im with the rep and he goes cant find it in the system we dont have it yet. Wth is the point of pre ordering then? So i get up and leave! Next day i call to see if there is and update on status the girl tells me it wont be in until tuesday or saturday of next week so that being said never again will i pre order there is no point if im going to have to wait when i can walk in and get it lol!!!

Like your usual Best Buy you can find most of the electronic goods you might be looking for. The facility was in good condition and it wasn't too crowded.

First off I should know better than to shop at this particular store, it has never been managed very well and the current manager obviously doesn't have any concerns for the customers shopping experience. I went in to purchase a small sound bar specifically a Bose product with my best buy credit card, I was in the area of the speakers for at least five minutes and not one of the store employees that were just standing around offered help, I had to go to the register to ask for assistance. I wanted to test the Bose product was set up just for that purpose but all the customer service employee could say was I guess it doesn't work. He then went away and asked the manager for help, a shirt time later he came back with a message from the manager "I guess it doesn't work". I ended up purchasing a Sony product, when asked at check out " did you find everything" I said no and voiced my concerns to him all I got back was" um I'm sorry" no attempt to let upper management know that there was an unhappy customer. I'm going to cancel my best buy card and begin shopping elsewhere.
