3 Day Inspection Period: We are so confident that our buyers will be 100% satisfied with our watches, that we offer a 3-day inspection period. If the watch sold is not as depicted in our auctions, we will gladly accept the merchandise back

12 Month Service Guarantee: All watches purchased from Ahead of Time are guaranteed for 12 months from day of purchase. This covers any mechanical defect arising as a result of normal wear and tear.

In-House Watchmaker: We have one of the best Master Watchmaker in the industry, with over 30 years experience, having personally repaired/refinished thousands of high-end pieces, such as Rolex, Panerai, IWC, Audemars Piguet, among others. Levy Gaertner is well known by many of the watch dealers in the South Florida area, and is highly regarded as one the most skillful and knowledgeable watchmakers in the area.

Secured Insured Shipping: Upon confirmed receipt of payment and/or cleared funds, all watches are shipped by using either UPS Second Day Air or FedEx 2nd day delivery for domestic shipments and UPS Worldwide Expedited or Fedex Int’l Economy for International shipments. All watch shipments are fully insured for loss, theft, or damage while in transit through our third party insurance company.
