Very long wait times. Prepare to waste about an hour just to get acknowledged. Manager was nice enough, but that was about it.

It was okay, management told me what I wanted to hear to get me to come back from Sprint. First bill came out to $290 for two phones because of poor information given to me from the manager. Be careful people !
