If you want a great experience getting a new phone this is the place to go. We went there on Christmas Eve near closing, they couldn't have done more to help us. Friendly and fun staff. We got the best deals and best phones. Luis walked us through a very complicated sign up procedure, doing all the work so it was not complicated to us, and made sure we were fully taken care of before we left the store. He even followed up later after Xmas to make sure things were ok, and to make sure we got our paperwork finished for the rebates. Thank you!!!

Both staff people were friendly, good natured, and helpful. Outstanding service from Luis. Listened well, answered our questions, and had a good sense of humor. As someone over 60, I felt supported and was not embarrassed about my ignorance.

World-clas service. Ms. FranShely spent two hours helping me select a new phone and learn its festures. She stayed late to complete the transfer of my contacts. Sparking clean store, too.
