I've got a family of 5 and everyone has a phone, so we're all constantly updating to the latest and greatest. Each visit is a breeze and Christopher goes out of his way to be friendly to everyone that walks in the door.

I've been many times before and If you have a problem with your account, they'll help you. Need help with your phone? they'll help you. Need an upgrade? they'll help you.

Above anything else, the customer service I get from this location keeps me a T-Mobile customer.

Can't recommend the staff at this store enough. The two people who do help me are Christopher and Denisse!

First let me say, I  have been with T-Mobile for over 10 years. And I understand this is a new store and I never write reviews. HOWEVER, RUDY is very rude and should not be in retail servicing customers. I went into this location to pick up my son"s iPhone that is still under warranty and that their store manager inspected alone with another T-Mobile representative. They placed the order for the new device, the device took a week to come in because apparently they couldn't find the phone for 3 days but the phone was at the store the whole time bad customer service.. RUDY take my son's phone and say oh I can't take it back it looks like the screen is lifting. You tell me why the manager and the other reps didn't notice that and he says. I don't know and don't care I am not taking this phone back on my watch so have a good day. I decided to be the professional one and call customer service and as always awesone customer service....they said you cannot inspect a device order and NEW ONE and then try to say something is wrong with when time to pick up the new device T-Mobile stands by there word. Never will I return to this location again.

Great store, knowledgeable staff.  Gave a balloon to my 15 month old daughter while we were setting up new devices.  Just a great group of people.
