Today I went to t-mobile to get my SIM card, and I got there at 7:40. the manager Marc told me they close at 7:00. but then he changed his answer to 7:30. He also told me that the system was down and he couldn’t check out my SIM card. Marc the manager said that there was nothing that he can do! The manager from another t-mobile store told me to pick up my SIM card at that location and he also told me that they close at 8:00. I told marc, the manager all the information he needed about my arrival. I waited about 15 minutes and told them that I was about to call the manager from the other t-mobile store, but they suddenly let me inside. For some “reason” the system started working all of a sudden! I wonder how it “magically” work. I was finally able to get my SIM card but I heard snickering behind my back! The manager Did not give good customer service instead he treated me like I was a different being and changed his attitude towards me because of my race.

Besides buying a new phone the customer service was exceptional. Starting from Sanjer, Tazmari and ending with Destin which gave us the best customer service ever . My husband and I felt very comfortable with the way we were treated. Thank you all.

This store needs 5 stars! Miguel and the team helped me with everything when my phone was stolen. They went above and beyond for me, from teaching me how to track and lock my phone to showing me how to file a claim with my insurance. I will be going to this store from now on for future service! Thanks for all your help! Really great team.

Great experience!!! Miguel was so helpful and provided excellent service.  I'm happy to say this location with be my home store. It was a pleasure working with him and I look forward to seeing him in the future for purchases and any issue I have with my service. Thank you so much Miguel. Awesome job for sure!!

The store Manager is awesome  he helped me fix my bill which it was almost $1,345 dollars for international calls and he assured me that he would take care of me when he took his time to go over my bill and my plan. he got on the phone with customer service and with one call he resolved my issue and my bill got credited down to $145.00 dollars which is my normal bill. If you want customer service  you got to get to this store. The staff are all friendly and super nice. I never had an experience like this in any other T-mobile stores. I'm making this my home store to go to. Thanks !!! from a happy customer
