I've never had a worse experience then at this store. I went to get an upgrade and Martin the manager sold me things I didn't want saying that I needed them and when I went back to resolve the situation he didn't care nothing about me as a customer of I could minus the stars I would. Made me hate t mobile

Worst store ever!!! They write down a name list to call customers in order but the the teller says can I help the next person in line and just skip the list making you wait even longer what's the point of having a name list if your not going to use it the person behind me went first go somewhere else

Worse experience ever in this place. So disappointed. These kids they have now don't know what they're doing, don't have an idea what customer service is. So pathetic!!! You ask for the Manager and it comes up that the kid you're talking to is the Manager! When you ask for her to sustain her statement on writing with the company policies, she doesn't know what to do and ask for you to call customer service!
