After having issues by phone I was told to go into a location.  I had a great experience in coconut creek... but I was leaving a late meeting so came here.  I met the employees sitting on the counter..when I came in they were professional..however... I was rudely told they couldn't help me about a change of ownership even though I supplied the info given to me to go into a commercial location.   Literally was treated like I was bothering them too late... I don't want to be here at 815pm on a Saturday either.  There are so many phone companies... the biggest difference is customer service... I was so no 1 insulted..no 2 wondering if my company should be looking for new accounts for 18 employees.

When you go to purchase a phone they will help you, but if you go for any other matter they will tell you to call customer service 611. They made a mistake on my account and when I asked if they would resolve all they said was they are 3rd party to call 611, the manager then told me I had better luck at the main/corporate store on 126st. When I explained to one of the sales associate that I had called the customer service number about three times and was told to come into the store she suggested I called on my way home, in other words kicking me out of the store because I was calling 611 while in the store. Do not recommend this location what so ever!

The guy with beard he claim his name is Luis, has the worst attitude, he tells me he doesnt have to do the work he is doing me a favor? I guess t-mobile not paying this people they feel like they are doing a favor

I am keeping in touch with you, to let you know the amount I value the exceptional client benefit that your staff gave yesterday . I went to your store to buy an iPhone 6 . Your staff was exceptionally mindful and accommodating. The representative I communicated with, particularly Carlos, was exceptionally educated about your store's product offering and appeared to be truly intrigued by helping me locate the ideal phone that addressed my issues as opposed to simply being centered around making a speedy deal. 

As a result of his endeavors, I could discover precisely what I required and I am extremely fulfilled by my iPhone . I will keep on visiting your store, and in addition prescribe it to others. If it's not too much trouble let Carlos realize that his exertion got notice and to proceed with his push to help other people. Over all You have assembled an extraordinary group that makes clients feel regarded and esteemed.
