Great experience here! Had placed reservation for item here and it was ready in less than an hour. I usually don't frequent game stores, so to have this process work flawlessly was great. Anais was very polite and personable and made sure I got in and out quickly and even let me know of some programs and discounts they were offering. Hadn't been to this location in ages but may change that based on my recent visit.

Staff is very friendly and helpful.  I used to go to the store in bayside that for some reason is always sloooooow, doing a trade in there is a nightmare. However this store is way better, parking is a little bit hard to find, good selection of games and staff is very knowable.

Nice little place to pick up the latest games and promotions. I've been there a few times for cards and promo codes and never left disappointed. Nice staff.

False price advertisement i saw a 20 dollar kinect xbox one camera and when i went to pay it it went to 40 dollars it looked like the store lady didnt want it to sell it saying how bad games are and i shouldnt get it and then raise the price for no reason store manager should check that
