My go-to location for any help with my ATT Service.  Staff is always knowledgeable, efficient, and somehow my service is always only a few dollars.  I'm always in and out within minutes with problem solved, new sim-card installed, new plan, etc all done within minutes and with absolutely no stress.  This place and staff always impresses me.

Worst customer service. Went in with problems on my phone and they were so unwilling to even attempt to help and kept telling me that anything wrong is my own fault because it was my choice to buy.

Came to this store for something simple and ended up being caught in a mess. Every time I go there I get treated like I didnt purchase my equipment and services there so If you’re not buying, they are rude and nasty. Messed up my account and won’t even fix it. Horrible customer service from Lynette and Jessi. Jessi didn’t fix the account and the manager Lynette didn’t care to help, sending me to another store. Came to another location and my account was fixed within 20mins. Never going there again!!

Slow, slow, slow, slow and also......SLOW.
When I entered I had 5 people before me, after an hour 4. I left.
The day after, same thing.
